Important information on opening times

We will be closed from 3pm on the 23rd of December, until Tuesday the 3rd of January 2012.

In an emergency situation, (fire, flood or heating/hot water fault) please call the office number (01752 600485) where the emergency contact number will be relayed to you. This is a text only service, and ony for genuine emergencies. Rent and viewing enquiries will not be dealt with.

Out of Hours Information

If there is an emergency please call the office on 01752 600485 there will be a telephone message service providing a mobile number that we request you text. The mobile number changes on a regular basis so please ring to check.

We regret to advise that in the event of a property manager needing to be called outside of office hours due to being locked out of your home there is a charge of up to £95.00 plus vat.

Genuine emergencies for example flooding or fire is not chargeable unless it is the responsibility or cause of a tenant.
