Important information on opening times
Our normal office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am-5.00pm. We never open on Sundays and only occasionally on a Saturday.
Please find below details of which Saturdays we are open and what times. Please pay attention to the times as we close promptly at the closing time stated.
Summer season opening hours
August 2010 - Saturday dates (opening times 10.30 am until 1.30 pm)
- 14th August
- 21st August
- 28th August
September 2010 - Saturday dates (opening times 10.30 am until 1.30 pm)
- 4th September
- 11th September
Please note: These are the only times you will be able to pick up keys on Saturdays
We regret to advise that if we are called out after the times stated, there will be a £65.00 plus VAT call out fee as you are calling out of hours.
These times may be changed with no notice given. For up to date information, always contact the office.
Out of hours information
In case of an emergency, you should contact us by text only on the mobile phone number provided on our office answering machine. Please give your name, address and nature of the problem (locked out; water leak etc). Please note that if a call-out is required, there is a charge payable at the time of £65.00 plus VAT.
