Jacqui Courtier - Director

I have been asked to provide some text about me. (Dangerous thing to ask a woman as we all know, we enjoy talking about ourselves!) My life revolves around my gorgeous children, my husband Graham and work.

I like to keep fit by regularly cycling to and from work, I also love horses and enjoy the odd very amateur competitions, hacks and anything else related to the equestrian world.

Having been involved in property in one way or another for the last 20 years (Ouch) has provided me with a huge amount of experience in renovations and refurbishments, allowing me to specialise in the complex world of the private rented sector.

On a personal note I welcome the changes in legislation that we have encountered over the years, they are all positive moves ensuring that letting agents keep to a professional standard. I am proud of all my work colleagues, each and every one has their own unique role within the company and all work very hard to ensure that our landlords and customers are provided with the best possible service.

Oh, I also love red wine and Erdinger Weissbier!

Edd Hobbs - Property Manager

Hi, my name is Edd. I am the 'ultimate' Property Manager, who makes the best tea in the office! I love to fish! Carp fishing is my next favourite thing to sleeping. If you have any questions or want to chat about fishing, then please pop in for a chat, anyone? Please?

I am also an avid football fan and support the mighty Everton Football Club and looking forward to the World Cup later this year!

Point of interest I myself am a Plymouth University graduate, and former Chris Shorey lettings tenant!

James Bailey - Property Manager

Hi my name is James, AKA Property Manager 'extraordinaire'! My main role in the office is to organise the residential side of the office as well manage the student properties alongside Jonathan and Edd. I'm one of the guys who will ferry you to and from the great houses that we have available. Being the younger of the three Property Managers in the office, I also bring as much fun and laughter as possible. 

If you’re lucky you might even catch one of my legendary dance spins! Out of the office I like to keep fit and am a keen football fan and this year I'm entering the Plymouth Half Marathon. Look out for me in the office!

Natalie Harris - Property Manager

Hi my name is Natalie! I will write something soon because I know Jonathan (the IT guy) will write something instead!

Aimee Corless - Office Co-ordinator

I have been with the company for about three years. I used to work with the accounts department and was given the opportunity to move down to the front which I jumped at. I have enjoyed meeting and greeting customers and clients along with dealing, with all the health and safety issues related to housing legislation, as well as all the legal contracts and administration and answering the phone. My role is not an easy one but I do love it and my work family!!!

I am the baby of the team but with the regular training we receive, has provided me with a wealth of knowledge in the letting business.

I LOVE shopping for shoes and like the more often than not occasional drink!

Corinna Johnson - Office Co-ordinator

I’m new, so new, I still shine! I'm gonna write some stuff in here soon before the IT gets a chance to write something I don't like!

Sarah Bray - Accounts Officer

I have been with this company for five years, working in the very busy accounts department. As accounts officer I help to make sense of the huge task of making sure the accounts department runs smoothly and correctly. Examples are that rents are apportioned correctly, charges are made to the right properties and landlords.

I also have the responsibility to make sure that deposit returns are dealt with in accordance with legislation. This is after the property managers have carried out the inspections.

Its great seeing the company grow, and I enjoy being part of the team. As you can see I love to giggle.

Jennie Morgan - Accounts Manager

My name is Jennie and I'm also a new addition to the company. I eat sleep and dream rent rent rent! I work closely with Sarah and our favourite phrase of the moment is "Sank you plz!"

Neil Clayton - Maintenance Man

Hello everyone! Mines a milky tea, one sugar and a bacon sarnie please? Hey I actually look quite good in this photo! So, I'm a 'Maintenance Man'. This means I'm brilliant at all those niggly maintenance issues you might have. I strive to keep everyone happy landlords and tenants alike. Jacqui says to watch out because I love to tell tall stories!
